Feathered Friends Workshop June 3rd

Song birds and raptors...

Kentucky's woodlands and pastures are home to a diversified group of song birds and raptors. Unfortunately, over the last 40 years, many of these species have experienced consistent annual population declines. On Wednesday, June 3 from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. at the Paint Lick Sportsman’s Club (52 Hammock Alley, Paint Lick) learn how to implement a backyard stewardship project. This workshop will provide participants with the opportunity to construct an Eastern bluebird nesting box AND a barn owl nesting box. This workshop is free (nest box kits are $10 per Paint Lick Sportsman’s Club member or $25 for non-members). Pre-registration is required. For information or registration, call 859-925-9012.
